Here are the process on how to apply for the National Youth Service Corps:
1. Firstly Visit the NYSC Portal:
Click on the NYSC official portal link, make sure you seek for the active link to register.
2. Carefully Fill Out the Online Registration Form:
First Time Registration: Applicants who are registering for the first time, please click on “Fresh Registration”.
The content “Revalidation”: If applicants was deployed in the previous batches and did not report to camp, please kindly click on “Revalidation”.
Ensure you Provide your personal details and educational background.
Make sure you have a efficient email address and active telephone number.
Corps member who are Locally trained should use their correct Matriculation numbers.
3. Upload Required Documents:
Academic Qualifications: here are the documents to upload
Your First University Degree or HND Certificate.
Your Complete official transcript of the first Degree or HND course.
Your O’level certificate (WAEC, GCE, SSCE, NECO, IGCE, GCSE, high school diploma).
Applicants must obtain credit in not less than five (5) subjects (including English and Mathematics) in not more than 2 sittings.
Applicants must Upload a clear passport photograph with a white or off-white background.
Applicants must Upload their scanned signature or sign using a digital signature scanner.
As For foreign-trained graduates, make sure your institution is accredited and they translate certificates to English if needed.
Applicants who are Medical doctors, optometrists, pharmacists, nurses, etc. should produce their registration certificates and practicing licenses.
4. Pay the Registration Fee:
The NYSC registration is not free, you are to pay N3,000 fee which is for the complete package of online registration, which also includes deploying IT hardware and software, personnel to orientation camps, processing your registration online, and saving time during registration at the orientation camps.

Things you should take note of while going for the NYSC registration they are:
NIN: NIN is a qualification for online registration.
The Biometrics Screening: Every applicants will be required to do the biometrics screening.
No Proxy Registration: there will be no Registrations by proxy.
Verify Your Name: Applicants should make sure their names appears on the Senate/Academic Board Approved Result lists submitted by your Institutions.
Keep Login Details Safe: this is the most important thing, applicants should ensure that their logins details are safe, your email address and password safe because you will need them to log in to the NYSC portal.
